IELTS-INTERNATIONAL ENGLISH LANGUAGE TESTING SYSTEM
IELTS: International English Language Testing Systems is a standardized test in the four language skills of Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. It assesses the level of candidate’s language proficiency measured in terms of band scores beginning from zero to nine—absolute beginners to near Native speaker proficiency in the English Language.
This certificate is accepted all over the world and it is a pre-requisite for those who would like to pursue higher studies and apply for PR in countries like the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the USA, and also for those who would like to work as teachers of English in some non-native English-Speaking countries.
We, at HMVM, enroll students on the basis of a Diagnostic Test. Those who score 60% and above in this test will be enrolled on Short Term course of 60hrs duration and those who score below 60% will be enrolled into Long Term Course of 120hrs duration.
PTE-PEARSON TEST OF ENGLISH
PTE: Pearson Test of English Academic is accepted by Australia, New Zealand and the UK to study, work and obtain a PR. PTE Academic assesses speaking, writing, reading, and listening in a single, three-hour computer-based test. The result can be accessed within 48 hours of taking the test.
Students can enrol for online or offline courses at HMVM either for a four-week long term or a 10-day short-term course. Our expert faculty will deliver the courses to help candidates get the higher scores.
DUOLINGO ENGLISH TEST
Duolingo English Test is a fast-track English Language Test. ‘Thousands of universities around the world accept the Duolingo English Test. You can send your score reports to as many of them as you want, for free.’ It is a one-hour adaptive test. You don’t have to leave your home for the interview part of the test. It is a 10-minute video session where your spoken English is assessed. Scores are reported on a scale from 10 – 160.
